• Manager / Team Leader for numerous science and technology integration and weapon system and support system acquisition projects, and associated test and evaluation programs. Responsibilities included project requirements and scope definition, stakeholder and customer coordination and communication at all organizational levels, scope control and management, progress tracking and reporting, risk management and reporting, budget management and control, problem identification, classification, and resolution.
