• Warhead Program Manager: responsible for all program aspects to meet technical requirements, objectives, and deliverables within contract schedule and budget/funding. Duties included proposal development, program initiation, planning, execution, and control - WBS development, resource allocation, budget and spend plan development and management, integrated master schedule, risk management, schedule and cost variance analysis (EVMS), supplier management (SOW, purchase order, supply schedule), customer milestone billing / termination planning, and status reporting to all stakeholders. Experience included R&D, DEM/VAL, QUAL, LRIP & FRP programs.
