Ensured complete compliance with all security policies; assisted customs brokers with clearance issues, and reviewed commercial invoices for accuracy Maintained oversight for inbound/outbound freight invoices, reconciled month end freight charges, and approved service levels for domestics and international carriers based on “on time delivery” and lead time requirements. Developed and facilitate training for new hires; executed additional training as it applies to new system functionality.
