Daily Duties at Us Air Force:
Provided HR program management and directly supervised four separate sections that serviced over 2.3K members and a 125K-retiree population. Held accountable for all personnel-related information and programs to 66 Geographically Separated Agencies. Executed programs for compensation, benefits, and job analyses. Specialized in specific areas, including position classifications and pension programs. Ensured accurate and timely updates occurred in the Military Personnel Data systems.
