Daily Duties at Us Air Force:
Essential HR representative leading 81 military/civilian HR employees while overseeing the daily operations of personnel programs affecting 5K members assigned. Provided ongoing management of staffing, training, promotions, retention, and recognition issues. Instrumental in the execution of 38 HR programs while ensuring the compliance of current policies and directives. Acting resource advisor administering a $35K budget, including monthly reconciliation of purchases, travel expenses and annual validation requirements. Analyzed and provided recommendations for planning, programming, and resource allocation to enhance objectives. Interviewed candidates for potential duty and deployments. Evaluated training and learning programs, and performed needs assessments.
