Daily Duties at Citi Group:
Responsible for providing a broad range of HR consulting services to the client groups within Global Consumer Banking. Generalist support included providing advice on talent management (assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment), organizational effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement (communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement).
