Daily Duties at Oracle :
Manage the development and implementation of processes for company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams, executive management and/or customers focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Work within a team matrix environment. Assist in creating Statement of Work (SOW). Manage product team's business goals, including manage supplier selection / supply chain processes within project scope. Plan and direct schedules. Monitor and control spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Communicate with internal customers and stakeholders to organize and manage activities. Serve as an escalation point for internal and external customers. Organize departmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction as needed. Utilize dashboards for status communications.
