Daily Duties at Perclose (Abbott Subsidiary):
Primary engineering support for manufacturing. Develop quality activities that support production processes: perform statistical analysis of manufacturing processes and make recommendations, create incoming quality and in-process inspection instructions. Interface with suppliers to develop inspection techniques. Perform statistical evaluation of non-conforming product data and identify areas for improvement. Investigate root cause and coordinate corrective action to inspection and manufacturing issues. Perform verification and validation activities.
