Collaborated with senior managers, divisional management and health staff in the development and implementation of strategies to control risk in the workplace. Assisted within formal and high-level risk assessments. Identified critical training requirements. • Provided safety and health coaching, mentoring and training to all staff, including MSHA new hires and annual refresher instruction. • Collaborated to conduct internal inspections and audits, and provided assistance to division managers and MSHA/state officials during inspections. • Delivered technical support and direction to division management, and offered assistance within industrial hygiene to complete initiatives. • Recognized as a key resource for all TapRoot accident investigations and audit incident corrective actions. • Ensured contractor adherence to site safety requirements.
