Daily Duties at Tercon Alaska, Ltd.:
Provided supervision for three subordinates in collaboration with Kinross’s safety and health staff, and Tercon management. Identified and anticipated safety and health concerns/hazards through the survey of environmental, operational and occupational conditions. • Designed safety campaigns, systems, policies and procedures. • Provided training for management and subordinate staff, maintaining schedules and completing all required regulatory documentation. • Delivered instruction within 8-hour, 24-hour and 40-hour MSHA classes. • Conducted safety inspections and investigate violations.
