Daily Duties at Infosys:
Test strategy and Planning on big implementations, Budgeting and forecasting for SAP testing work, Demand management, Program QC lead role on bigger initiatives, and Resource management for a team size of 12-15. 1st point of escalation. Reviewing and presenting Release summary to Managers and senior manager of SAP delivery after every release.
