Performed ABO/Rh typing, DAT testing, antibody screen and identification, crossmatches, irradiated cells and platelets, signed out blood products and taught Blood Bank theories and procedures to students and new personnel. Performed routine and special chemistry tests, hematology test, coagulation testing, manual blood differentials and urinalysis while maintaining quality control for instruments, reagents and tests.
