Performed ABO/Rh typing and resolutions, DAT testing, antibody screen and identification, antigen typing, using elution, adsorptions (auto, allo & RESt), cell and plasma treatments, reticulocyte separation procedures, platelet antibody screens red cell and platelet crossmatches and maintained quality control for instruments, reagents and tests. Answered clients' questions regarding antibody identification and transfusion practices.
