Daily Duties at American University :
• Use training to provide IT support to University personnel, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and display courtesy/strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions. • Display skills while troubleshooting/resolving internet connectivity and general software/hardware issues. • Identify product problems/strengths and collect data on the customer experience. Duties included hiring/training multiple new help desk specialists.
