Managed multiple teams of BP operations support and customer service specialists. Managed 50 to 60 team members and five supervisors. Supported 11 clients and 31 lines of business. Client's: insurance companies; airlines; legal service; government; education. Capture data from hardcopy and electronic documents and download to a proprietary database application. Inbound Call Center and online requests from clients and insurance quotes provided. Performed project management for new or changed business processes and applications. Performed change management for systems issues and requests from assigned clients. Managed department’s business contingency planning.
