Daily Duties at Keefe Group Corporate:
Coordinated with Vice President of Corporate Services in all aspects of facilities management for leading supplier of food, personal care, electronics, clothing, and technology products to the correctional market.Collaborated with VP in directing facilities management at corporate building and regional distribution centers. Played instrumental role in leadership of facility safety, building maintenance, asset procurement, vendor contract negotiations, and corporate shipping and receiving. Assisted in all training and development of regional warehouse staff. Evaluated policy and procedure compliance and assisted managers in creating recommendation plans to correct deficiencies. Worked with regional operations to set guidelines for labor cost and inventory rotation order accuracy. Oversaw fleet management including acquisition disposition, tracking, fuel count program, auto policy, and DOT compliance. Conducted best practice audits for all regional distribution centers.
