Daily Duties at Jones Lang Lasalle:

Oversee team members and ensure completion of job-related and Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS) training. Categorize, prioritize, and delegate work orders for maximum productivity and efficiency. Administer operating budgets and expense forecasts. Provide monthly variance report comments for future planning. Coordinate with finance team to ensure compliance with all company financial processes. Support corporate diversity objectives by participating in company-sponsored program. Work closely with Site Manager to develop and maintain Level Four and Level Five BPD Boards at the supervisory and hourly levels. Establish countermeasures and support JLL Level II Boards by communicating monthly site-based results. Monitor and verify adherence to Goods Received Not Vouchered (GRNV), Unmatched Logged Voucher (UMLV), and Open Purchase Order (PO) reports. Lead monthly meetings with Tier II providers to identify and resolve site-level issues.
