• Provide lead construction inspection services for Capital Improvement Program (CIP). • Process monthly progress payments for County construction contractors. Perform final audits on construction contracts, which include calculating earthwork quantities, reconciling expenditures against As-Built records, and ensuring project Ledger Book consistency with Daily and Drainage Field Notes Record.
