Daily Duties at Techpack Cmi:
Served as the key liaison between the company headquarters in France, and sister companies located in North America, utilizing native French communication skills to transfer information. Coordinated the daily activities of the U.S. teams for several European shows including Luxe Pack in Monaco and Comoprof in Italy among others, providing leadership and direction to team members. Provided sales support to the American and Mexican sales teams and the European Operational Marketing department, creating sales brochures, price lists, samples, and product catalogs. Collaborated with sales colleagues to develop and deliver sales presentations to major corporate clients and key decision makers, consistently securing new and repeat business that improved profitability. Participated in an extensive corporate website upgrading program that provided new product information in French and English and created an internal online customer satisfaction questionnaire. Developed and executed the launch of a new monthly e-newsletter called PackFocus that actively promoted new company products to new, existing, and prospective customers.
