Daily Duties at Albea:
As a Project Manager, I directly contributed to organizational performance by offering expertise, reliability, and continuity in project management for a world leader in the manufacture of cosmetic packaging in the beauty industry. Seamlessly managed complex projects from initial concept and design through to product start up with responsibility for resource planning, scheduling, budget administration, and client support. Facilitated each project phase, functioning as the primary liaison between staff members, colleagues, customers, and suppliers to enhance the flow of communication across all parties. Worked closely with individual customers to define packaging requirements, project scope, and establish budgets and timelines, preparing accurate project quotes and schedules that meet client expectations. Meticulously tracked projects to identify scheduling issues, implement immediate corrective actions to resolve actual vs. plan variances, and secure customer approvals ahead of time to achieve schedules. Participated in supplier reviews and selection, developing and maintaining strategic business alliances with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
