Daily Duties at Sheraton International Crossroads:
In charge of all catering sales and operations. Responsible for event planning, menu and theme development, forecasting. Supervised 4 other catering sales and service managers. Out sourced diverse services, including; entertainment, flowers and photography. Call on key corporate accounts to establish an on going business relationship. In charge of forecasting, weekly, monthly and yearly budgets. Wrote all yearly catering budgets from 2004 through 2011.
