Handled high volume of phone calls to answer questions from brokers involving rates and coverage for experience-rated policies. Audited and assigned incoming customer tickets to a team of approximately 15 members. Updated company's in-house database while reviewing policies for underwriting errors. Applied the California Workers' Compensation Insurance Experience Rating Plan to eligible employers involved in change in ownership scenarios (i.e., sales, acquisitions, mergers)
