•Designed and implemented a comprehensive community outreach program utilizing public Forums, consumer education workshops, print and electronic media, and special events •Responsible for resource development, grants and contract management, and compliance activities related t Federal and local government and private foundation funding sources •Prepares program budget in consultation with senior management to allocate funds, control costs and Maintain operations at a level consistent with Agency and federal guidelines. Aggressively seeks alternate funding Sources and projects to ensure program continuity and potential expansion of services within the low- Income community. •Direct the development and administration of organization housing, employment and emergency services Programs. •Advance the capability of the agency to meet the needs of the community by designing Innovative approaches and modeling new strategies to produce quality outcomes for our customers. •Monitor employees case files , evaluated staff performance reviewed case management plans •Prepared job descriptions, hired and terminated employees •and developed funding proposals •Collaborated with industry professionals to improve agency delivery of services •Develop e goals and objectives based o contract requirements •Acted as Executive Director in the absence of the director •Procured all equipment and materials required for staff to perform duties •Conducted regular staff training in the areas of credit, mortgages, rental and budgeting, customer service •Developed agency strategic and tactical plans. •Prepared presentations for the community and board of directors •Ensured that counselors where providing to HD customers under i 8, 202, 203K and loss mitigation programs in accordance with HUD handbooks
