Supervised the day to day operations of programs assigned to the division; Prepared financial and narrative reports; Prepared Scope of Work, Request for Bids, and Request for Qualifications for the hiring of contractor.; Developed positions decryptions for all positions for all grants assigned to the divisions, interviews, hired an terminate employees, Developed monitoring tools to evaluate programmatic, financial, staff and contractor’s performance; Supervised the management of Weatherization and construction projects for single and multifamily projects; Manage division budgets and prepared budget forecast report, analysis and development; Collaborated with research and development team in developing responses to grant proposals for all programs assigned to the division; Assisted in the development of the agencies strategic and tactical plans; Prepared Policy, procedures and Standard operating procedures for division programs; Regularly monitored program units to ensure that programmatic and financials goals and objectives were being achieved and provided guidance and advice to program management team as needed; Developed strategic collaborations with the community, government, private business and other non-profits; Supervised the design and development of education, training curriculums, design and construction of the training academy; Facilitated planning, coordination of programs, designs and leads communications and marketing plus provides technical support for the Division Green Technology .Housing, Vocational Training and Weatherization initiatives; Develop Annual Programmatic plan for the division based on the board approved Strategic Plan; Supervise the role out strategy for new funded initiatives; Create new partnerships that add value to agency strategic direction; Advance the capability of the division and agency to meet the needs of the community by designing innovative approaches and modeling new strategies to produce quality outcomes for our customers.; grants managementcontract management, project management
