Daily Duties at Ngk Locke, Inc.:

• Analyze and prepare prepaid expenses reports on a monthly basis for Locke Insulators. • Analyze expenses charged to Locke Insulators for NGK-Locke, Inc. and prepare journal entry monthly to make the necessary corrections. • Analyze expenses to be accrued for maintenance, utilities and other expenses for Locke Insulators. • Prepare Import cost analysis schedules. • Prepare Cash Pooling Journal Entry for Locke Insulators. • Set up new vendors in Microsoft Dynamics Solomon and Telesis, for Locke Insulators and NGK-Locke, Inc. • Query invoices for payment with vendors. • Enter AP vouchers for payment to vendors for Locke Insulators and NGK-Locke, Inc. • Print regular checks, ACH checks and Wire Transfers for payments to respective vendors. • Prepare and mailed 1099 forms to vendors on a yearly basis. • Reconcile Accounts Payable with General Ledger for Locke Insulators and NGK- Locke, Inc. • Maintain a schedule for invoices received from Japan including entering them in the Accounts Payable System. • Generate NGK-Locke Inc. and Locke Insulators invoices for customers on a daily basis from Telesis. • Calculate commission payments to NGK Locke Sales Agents in Excel. • Check Bank transaction from General Ledger with Bank Statements on a monthly basis. • Prepare list of outstanding checks for NGK- Locke, Inc. and Locke Insulators monthly. • Assist Accounting Manager with information for sales tax returns. • Assist with mid-year review and year-end Audit.
