DIRECTOR, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT • Managed portfolio of 12 healthcare applications including Medical and Behavioral Case Management, Employee Assistance Program, Maternity Management, Provider Relations, as well as eligibility systems and interfaces. • Provided leadership for two application development teams (14 staff) in Missoula, MT and Washington, DC as well as off-shore developer contractors. • Partnered with peer Directors on implementation and integration of systems. • Facilitated vendor assessment and selection process and led implementation of packaged systems. MANAGER, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT • Implemented systems development lifecycle methodology • Led application development team through full lifecycle application delivery of custom healthcare systems. SOFTWARE DEVELOPER • Designed, developed and maintained healthcare applications.
