Daily Duties at Bob Jones University:
In the upholstery shop I was in charge of all aspects of the shop. I hired and fired shop technicians, maintained inventory, ordered all materials used, managed the logistics of furniture pickup and delivery, performed furniture repair and reupholstery, trained the technicians, taught classes to the interior design students, attended departmental meetings, performed field service, estimated repair costs and value of repair vs. replacement evaluations and maintained shop cost controls.
