Daily Duties at Armstrong Valley Bible Baptist Church:

My responsibilities were various in that as a solo pastor I was responsible for every aspect of the property and plant operations. This includes project management of maintenance (regular and emergency), lawn care, house cleaning, construction and upgrade projects, budgeting, financial oversight, fund raising, message preparation and presentation in four services per week (all different), counseling, problem and people management, conflict management and resolution and in-house and public communications (both written and oral). I also have the responsibility of dealing with contractors, outside speakers, attorneys and various public liaisons as needed. Accomplishments: Attendance has increased and stabilized. Finances have stabilized at a sufficient level. I serve as the Vice President on the board of directors for the Lifeline Pregnancy Care Center. I also maintain my certification as an EMT-B and recently acquired my insurance sales license. Responsibilities: Public speaking, four one hour services per week. These are one hour sales pitches. Counseling Budgeting Plant operations Conflict resolution Project management Fund raising Public relations Volunteer management
