-Create databases of potential investigator sites in US, Canada, EU and Russia federation and identifies IRB/IEC in the same area. -Assures the completeness of all in house and site study files -Develop SOPs -Assess Investigator and study staff -Develop a training plan for staff and investigators and ensures its implementation. -Reconciles Serious adverse events with the CRF -Serious adverse event reporting -Resolve queries in the CRF with the site personnel -Develops monitoring schedule and subject tracking system -Creates and retrieves CRF -Ensures final investigation product reconciliation -Arranges for the shipment or destruction of unused Investigational product in line with the company's SOP. -Performs protocol review -Ensures adequacy of investigational products and study supplies at the site -Plan investigator meetings -Plan monitoring visits with appropriate documentations -Develop and reviews the informed consent form -Assess project progression and institute necessary corrective actions to ensure the safety of subjects and the validity of the data collected.
