• Performed ongoing software and hardware support. • Investigated and resolved desktop application error issues. • Built, configured, qualified, deployed, installed, troubleshoot and maintained workstations used in the operation and control of quality systems. • Installed patches for both operating systems and performed desktop application upgrades. • Controlled application license usage. • Provided technical support to remote laptop users using a VPN connection. • Ensured proper security methodologies are in place and are in use at the network, and client level. • Installed anti-virus and firewall software. • Configured and installed network printers for workgroups. • Performed operating system registry fixes and the removal of viruses and adware. • Created software images for the deployment or recovery of workstations using Norton Ghost software.
