• Systems Support Specialist providing global support for clinical systems including, but not limited to EDC (Electronic Data Capture), Siebel CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System), Oracle Clinical and Intralinks CTP (Clinical Trial Portal). • Incident Coordinator tasked with managing, coordinating and assigning incident tickets from HP Service Manager to specific support team members who are subject matter experts for that issue. • Lead for managing and controlling access to support documents in SharePoint.
