Increased efficiency in handover procedures for short-term contractors. Collaborated with IBM and Cognizant on improvement initiatives and followed through on infrastructure changes, resolved issues, and improved service models. Delivered monthly performance, activity, and personnel reports. Consolidated multiple servers platforms resulting in significant cost savings.
