Reporting to the IT Director, responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure (servers, storage, routers, firewalls, dns etc.) so that information resources are continually available to meet the needs of the organization and the customer, Managed 2 local and 9 remote Network Administrators located in the US, Mexico, and Canada. Developing network and application system installation procedures for Network Administrators and Help Desk to ensure consistent configurations. Monitoring WAN connections and reviewing CheckPoint firewall logs. Producing Visio architectural diagrams of the network infrastructure and systems data flow.
