Daily Duties at Follett Software:

Supervised a team of 13 as well as 65+ contract trainers in delivering training and professional development on the firm’s software products. Planned and administered a $3.2M operational budget; managed P&Ls for each software product training line. Implemented formal monthly feedback meetings with significant internal stakeholders and established formal processes for managing communication within Professional Learning to ensure actionable next steps with timelines and accountability. Led a complete refresh of the entire FSC Destiny product training line, establishing procedures that included a standardized design process for eLearning, Webinars, and on-site training and reduced the time from concept through delivery of training content from 6 months to 6 weeks.
