Provided in-depth review of patient charts to track treatment compliance with Core Measure guidelines and support staff in required documentation processes. Skillfully trained and supervised ~7 nurses across diverse departments to abstract measures in their specialties; communicated Core Measure requirements to physicians and staff. As Core Measure Heart Failure and Acute Myocardial Infarction Abstractor, compiled and reviewed heart failure charts and conducted inter-relator reliability analyses of acute myocardial infraction charts.
