Daily Duties at Yes I Can Llc:

I created this company to teach anybody who wants to learn sign language a chance to do so. I teach in groups or one on one. I work with autistic kids who find it easy to communicate with me through my hands because they can focus and there is no touch involved. I teach groups of new parents who have young babies. I work in day care centers and teach groups of young children. I work with college age individuals. I work with adults. I'm about to work in DC with a group that takes Saturday classes in DC. As part of the Saturday program, I'll be offering sign language. I customize each class based on my audience. I created an 8 week course for beginners. An 8 week course for intermediate level and an 8 week course for advanced individuals. Each class offers vocabulary and we learn a song in sign language. Every class is age appropriate, meaning the vocabulary and songs are appropriate for the age of the people taking the class. I individualize it if there are words or situations that the class wants to learn about so they can apply it immediately. I am also everything to this company. I am the teacher, the marketing person, the CEO, the CFO. I am the one man show. I do all the billing, set the pricing, be the accountant. EVERYTHING! I manage every detail and work hands on with my clients. As owner of the company, I am responsible for creating the company and keeping it operating from the ground up. One of my roles is marketing. I implement and evaluate data-driven organization-wide marketing strategies. I lead and contribute creatively to all promotional projects, including traditional campaigns, electronic marketing, and advertising. I provide direction on tracking and marketing reports and share results to provide insights and analysis to the marketing team and program staff. I manage the marketing budgets. I have proven ability to manage multiple projects and move projects ahead efficiently. I have experience in brand management. I have more than 5 years of experience working in association marketing. I develop the yearly advertising plan. I have a proven track record in grassroots field organizing and public speaking and experience in coordinating media relations.
