Daily Duties at Baptist Medical Group:
Responsible for the clinical operations in 70+ physician practices to include: •Develop standardization in physician practices •Develop policies and procedures •Responsible for developing a scope of practice for medical assistants •Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies •Responsible for the implementation of an integrated Electronic Health Record for all of the BMG practices. •Consult on any clinical issues.
