Oversaw communication link between client base and product management. • Led implementation of quarterly client focus group process that was used for core brokerage back office solution suite and resulted in enhanced service delivery and responsiveness. o Spearheaded coordination of all pre-meeting planning activities: finalized meeting content, facilitated meetings, and coordinated logistics, maximizing efficiency. • Improved quality, response time, and customer satisfaction by using effective relationship and project management expertise. o Served as key interface between product management team, account management, sales / marketing, and senior management, advancing project deliverables. o Created, published, and archived client communication materials, including product documentation and meeting minutes. o Published all documents for external client website, enhancing utilization and customer satisfaction. o Created database that tracked meeting attendees and projects progress, fostering greater accountability and clarity around deadlines and deliverables. • Enhanced efficiency by coordinating client feedback for Broadridge’s 30 largest back office processing clients, including aggregating enhancement requests and updating project status
