Daily Duties at Employer's Pro Advantage Inc:

For ARA, I have done cash receipts for one month and the last 3 months I have been a purchasing assistant. I have been responsible for reviewing all cost allocation worksheets and contracts/modifications for consultants and subcontractors that are sent through the purchasing system to ensure that everything lines up and then creating the purchase order/modification that goes along with it in CostPoint 6 and 7. I upload all of the documents electronically. I also review the goods and services purchase requistiions and create all corporate purchase requisitions. I issue the purchase orders for these goods and services and upload all documentation onto SharePoint. I also assist the subcontracts manager and help her get consulting agreements and mods in place.
