Daily Duties at Supervalu, Inc.:

Reported to the Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate and supervised a team of 9 to ensure the execution of Human Resource programs and policies such as staffing, performance management, organizational learning, and employment practices for over 10,000 hourly employees and almost 500 exempt employees at 132 retail locations and 2 distribution centers in four states (PA, DE, NJ, MD). Participated in Company business strategy process by identifying specific skill and headcount requirements, aligning H.R. programs and practices with specific business objectives while maintaining a positive relationship with Union representatives.
