Daily Duties at Target Pharmacy:
• Utilized my leadership qualities of Relating Well to Others and Drives for Results to build a patient base that increased the business by 14% ,New guests by 11%, Adherence Refills at 66.11% , YTD, while keeping payroll in line at 98% vs. budget. • Collaborated, & led members of the clinical team, such as as the District Flu shot Captain, thus keeping the district engaged, which led our District to achieve the top performer in the group for 2011. • Lead the district in a new Loyalty driver program, which increased basket size/ sales for the total building by 3% . • Hosted weekly/monthly Peer Status to ensure we are driving profitable sales in all workstations throughout the building, which led to our unit seen as a model for the district. -Collaborated on a professional & clinical level with other healthcare practitioners such as Pharmacists, Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners to discuss medicinal or biological products to deliver adequate medications to our patients in the community -Provided in service to team once a week relating to various health issues affecting our patients and how they can empower themselves to engage in building relationships, thereby ultimately making a positive impact on patients lives. -Conducted DUR (Drug Utilization Reviews) of patients, to ensure appropriate and safe dispensing to patients. -Review and analyze weekly and monthly reports of patients medication utilization and created action plans to address key business objectives and targets. -Conducted all QA audits to keep compliant with Federal, State and Local Regulations, such as Narcotic Inventory, OSHA, Licensing, StrongPak/Hazardous waste. - Developed best practices around prescription filling accuracy which would frequently lead to sharing those ideas with other stores in the district, and field management.
