Daily Duties at Premier Eye Care:
• Configuration of all vision, hearing benefits, provider/network contracts, fee schedules and development and claim/auth issue resolution. • Expertise in set up solutions with various systems and LOBs and Products such as Commercial Exchange, Medicare, Medicaid, Kids plans. • Testing of system upgrades (Plexis) • Create System Requirements • Set up providers and employees on portal with username & password. • Claims (EDI) resolution expert. • On ICD-10 project team. • Resolve eligibility and authorization issues • Work with Provider credentialing, contracting and Medical Directors to create reimbursement documents. • Executive level position engaged in strategies for best practices. • Project Management (MS Project) • Knowledge and expertise in Visio, MS Access, MS EXCEL and Crystal Reports – show trends and utilization. • Expertise in CMS guidelines and regulations. • Expertise with ICD-10, ICD-9, CPT, HCPC, HCFA and UB04
