Daily Duties at Thk Associates Inc.:
• Contract and Development Schedule preparation. • Preparation of entitlement applications. • Preparation and presentation before governmental agencies / architectural review boards. • Opportunities and constraints evaluations for a sites suitability to support the development program. • Develop Site Development Plan from conceptualization through construction documentation; projects include, Entitlement Management, Master Plan Communities, Golf Course Communities, Multifamily Residential, Commercial / Retail Mixed Use Developments, Urban Planning, and Parks & Recreation developments. • Design and preparation of Landscape Architectural developments including, planting plans, site grading, park design, urban streetscapes, construction documentation, specification, bid documentation and administration, construction observation. • Develop and coordinate project teams and support staff, including architects, engineers, legal counsel, and environmental specialist. • Review / oversight of submittal and construction documents. • Author Development Guidelines. • Jurisdiction negotiations.
