Daily Duties at Seth Design Group Llc:
• Preparation of residential & commercial landscape development plans, • Preparation and presentation before governmental agencies / architectural review boards, • Opportunities and constraints evaluation for a sites suitability to support the development program, • Develop Site Development Plan from conceptualization through construction documentation; projects include, Entitlement Management, Master Plan Communities, Golf Course Communities, Multifamily Residential, Commercial / Retail Mixed Use Developments, Urban Planning, and Parks & Recreation developments. • Develop and coordinate project teams and support staff, including architect, engineers, legal counsel, and environmental specialist, • Author Development Guidelines. • Jurisdiction negotiations. • Review / oversight of submittal documents • All daily business operations, marketing, financial, etc.
