Daily Duties at Banks & Associates Pc (Bapc):
After acquiring a well-established (1955) real estate transactional law practice in 2007, I developed and successfully implemented a strategic 3-year re-branding and growth business plan with requisite financial projections. After acquiring financial backing, said goals and financial earmarks were achieved through extensive personal networking and a marketing strategy that included community involvement, practice diversification, human resource recruitment and training of key personnel and requisite support personnel, tight budget monitoring and mentoring. The ability to develop and maintain respected professional relationship with business and industry executives and leaders was imperative, as was the ability to develop trusting and ongoing relationship with clients. By 2010 the desired market share was acquired and investors were paid in full. By 2012 profits were steadily increasing. From 2010-11 profits were up 25%(this large jump was a result of rolling $ formerly paid to investors back into the firm) and 2011-12 profits were up another 17%. Since 2012 the firm has shown a steady increase b/t 8-10% a year the majority of chick has been rolled back into the firm to enable further growth.
