Daily Duties at National Renewable Energy Laboratory:
Responsible and accountable for the development and operational support for all infrastructure platforms (networks, platforms, data center, telecommunication, security and end-point integration), developed and supported processes to ensure quality of service met business requirements, agreed-to service levels were exceeded and IT capabilities (current state and emerging) enabled the accomplishment of enterprise business objectives. Provided direct management and leadership to 30 technical staff (fulltime employees, consultants and contractors) and managed a $10M annual operating and capital budgets. Developed and maintained partnerships/strategic relationships with suppliers to enhance the delivery of value to the organization, augment internal core competencies, and assist with the development and implementation of new capabilities.
