Lead this association of 500 companies in the Chicago Region (including surrounding states) comprised of subcontractors, general contractors and professional members looking to build relationships and optimize business opportunities. Direct strategic planning and membership development through collaboration with regional and national industry organizations. Deliver ongoing operations management, vision and support to Board and members. Implement cost containment measures and grow association at an aggressive pace. Implement marketing, communications, and public relations including monthly newsletters (print and online), an interactive website with social media applications (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn), and billboard marketing. Develop annual budget, and produce monthly financials such as P&L for the board. Direct lobbying efforts to benefit the construction industry.
