Daily Duties at Decision Lens Inc. :

I have three primary areas of responsibility: Provide outside Sales Support to capture new logos within the Product R&D for Pharma & Consumer Products & Capital Asset Planning (Defense, Aerospace, Transit, Transportation) Deliver Executive Level custom product demonstrations to advance the sales process. I run a special projects group that is focused on product innovation for Decision Lens. We investigate new products and internal software systems & business processes to improve how we build and deliver software for the business. Includes: DL University Website, Product Knowledge Base & Ticketing. Manage and execute on strategic initiatives for our Executive Team includes: FedRAMP Compliance, DoD Facility Clearance, Data & Application Integrations with other software. Summary Duties: • Manage team of Product Analysts, Product Specialists, and/or Product Managers • Determine and evaluate new opportunities to increase revenues and profits • Drive discovery from both a qualitative and quantitative context to build solid, data driven, business plans and strategies • Manage appropriate ROI and related financial analysis of products. • Manage the coordination and analysis of market research to understand customer behavior, product satisfaction, and emerging business opportunities • Work with prospects, customers and partners to define product requirements and functionality • Expand analytic offerings utilizing data assets available throughout the platform. • Define product strategy and product roadmaps with clear objectives and long-term vision • Suggest and drive partnerships for products SKILLS: Work well in both in team & individual environments. Highly self-motivated and who is comfortable and responsible in a position that grants autonomy Must be able to achieve success with little management or guidance Proven or demonstrably outstanding presentation skills Proven or demonstrably outstanding speaking and writing skills Ability to articulate complex topics to novice or technical audience Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits Demonstrable understanding of big data and data analytics Proven or demonstrably outstanding presentation skills Experience with Business Intelligence systems, Program Management & Data Analytics.
