Daily Duties at Carnegie Museums Of Pittsburgh:
Supervise Buying team and Store Managers for four museums as well as total retail staff of 65 employees. Train staff in customer service and visual merchandising standards. Coordinate museum needs between stores and curatorial, rights and reproductions and Directors Office. Create annual Strategic Plan for each museum retail division. Work with third party vendors and Museum Rights and Reproductions to develop custom product for each museum. Coordinate Museum Representatives, architects and contractors to remodel stores and create new fixtures. Attend Trade Shows to source and purchase new product and find new vendors for all four museums.
