Daily Duties at Roth Capital Partners, Llc:
I worked directly with the CIO on all purchases orders, cost reduction strategies, and the implementation and management of all hardware and resources decision including upgrades. I was a member of the firms second level help desk support and trouble shooting team for 175 users. I was the lead person for all vendor support and upgrades. I was responsible for creating, and monitoring quality control of all user and mailbox accounts via Active Directory and MS Exchange. I was responsible for creating and enforcing all communication restriction rules and policies I worked directly with ROTH's Legal and Compliance divisions providing data for all FINRA; SEC requests (email, IM and PBX and smart phone records).
